Local Natives Announce Tour Dates, Share “Dark Days (Classixx Remix)” Featuring Nina Persson
Sunlit Youth Out Now via Loma Vista/Infectious Music

Local Natives released their third album, Sunlit Youth, back in September via Loma Vista and Infectious Music. Now the band has shared a remix of Sunlit Youth track “Dark Days” by Los Angeles-based electronic duo Classixx. As with the original version, the song features guest vocals from Nina Persson of The Cardigans and A Camp. The band has also announced some 2017 tour dates. For their March tour dates they have partnered with the organization Plus 1 to “donate $1 from every ticket to support gender-based violence intervention and prevention programs.” Check out the remix and tour dates below.

Sunlit Youth was recorded between 2014 and 2016 in Thailand, Malaysia, Nicaragua, Hawaii, and Ojai, California.
Release[edit]
The album was preceded by the singles 'Past Lives,' 'Villainy,' 'Fountain of Youth,' and 'Coins'.[2][3][4][5] Before its release, 'Past Lives' was featured in the episode '7th' from the first season of the Netflix series Flaked, which was released on March 11, 2016.
